Prescriptions and referrals

Simply order your prescription by phone (+49 3419110585), by email (rezept@praxissteinbach.de) or via our prescription request box at the reception desk in the doctor's office.

In addition to your name and date of birth, please also note the medication and dosage. The prescriptions will be ready for collection one working day later.
